A leading furniture manufacturer’s R&D Design Studio set out to reimagine the future of collaborative meeting rooms—spaces that can flexibly support diverse use cases while fostering teamwork, improving client engagement, and enabling adaptability. Through a structured, human-centered design approach, our team partnered with the client to design and facilitate a co-creation workshop with their key corporate stakeholders, enabling the programming and conceptualization of a future-focused space that directly informed the design brief.

Leveraging Research and Human-Centered Design to Structure a Collaborative, Future-Focused Workshop.
To prepare for the workshop, Khoj Lab drew on years of research into workplace behaviors, emerging trends, and the evolving needs of collaborative environments. Using a human-centered design methodology, the team structured the workshop to balance exploration and focus—ensuring participants could openly share experiences, envision future possibilities, and align around shared goals.
